Dance Like Nobody’s Watching

Need I Say More?

Today’s post is entitled “Dance Like Nobody’s Watching” because that’s exactly what I want you to do. Put on whatever crazy (or not so crazy) outfit you want and the music of your choice, and MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!!

Essentially, the more intense the movement, the more calories burned. It’s the usual equation but this exercise session will be nothing but fun for you. Try different types of dance, restricted movement, add jumps, or go all willy nilly nutso like this woman did:

Why, oh why am I telling you to do this? The primary reason is that we get bored with our workouts. Crazy dancing will break up the monotony and perhaps bring out the uninhibited you! Try it and let me know how it went. Maybe video yourself and send me a clip or a photo.
