We All Have Magic. How will You Use Yours Today?

What are you waiting for? You have said at least a million times that you are going to start exercising on a regular basis, but here we are, and there you are on your couch.

Don’t think I don’t know what’s going on in your head….”I promise to start on Monday”. Monday turns into Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. and soon here we are on Saturday again. Come on. Give yourself a break and let’s get moving. TODAY!

I’m sure you can figure out a way to add exercise into your day. Can you park farther away from the store you are going into? Can you walk every aisle of the grocery store before you stop to buy?

I’m challenging you to come up with ways to motivate yourself today. What did you come up with? Please share your ideas and photos!
