Using the Beach
Hi!
As summer approaches, you should be thinking about your fitness routine and your commitment level. Do you need a proverbial kick in the tuchas? Now is the time to evaluate your program and make some changes as the hotter months approach.
If you have access to a beach, your possibilities are endless. I must say, we are spoiled. We live on the ocean so we are continually inspired. We take walks for fitness, but also to clear our heads. We frequently relax by, swim, and dive in the water. On nights when there is a full moon rising, we walk to the water and sit and watch. It is an all around cleansing place for us, and we feel blessed every day.
Exercise is easier when the environment is so beautiful. Not only that, but the beach is our reward at the end of a tough work week. We work out hard, work hard, and relax with ease.
This summer, if you live near a beach, go for it. You won’t be sorry!
