Now What?
It’s summer, and it’s HOT! It seems that we have gone from pleasant weather to walking into a wall of humidity overnight. Those goals of getting outside when it gets “warmer” have slipped by. Now what?
I get it. We have all gone through this. We put off ________________(fill in the blank) until the timing is better, then low and behold, the time has come and gone, and the _________________has never been done. “I will clean the house tomorrow”. Sound familiar? How about this one? “I will start a workout program next week.” Let’s address that one, since we are a fitness and wellness company.
If you are already shaking your head yes, you really need to rethink your commitment to bettering your life and your health. You have probably given yourself every excuse in the book, and you are still not exercising regularly, eating well, and becoming healthier. Now what?
I hate to repeat the obvious, but the answer is quite simple. GET OFF YOUR ASS AND DO IT! NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make a plan, mark your calendar, get out your workout gear, get rid of the junk in your kitchen and start NOW! There is no other way to put it, and being gentle won’t make a difference in your life. Your family and friends deserve the best version of you that you can be. Heck…..YOU deserve the best you, so I implore you to step away from your computer and do something positive for yourself as well as everyone around you.
Imagine waking up tomorrow feeling proud of yourself for tackling what you have been avoiding.
