Simple and Orange
Recently, I wanted to try something new to drink. I am careful of sugar intake, but the taste of a fresh orange was somehow in my brain. I put the mixture in a large container and take it to go. If I am playing endurance sports, I add a pinch of salt to the mix. Here's what I did:

These taste as good as they look!
Ingredients and Supplies:
Popsicle molds
Fresh seasonal fruit, sliced
Fresh lemonade
Freezer space
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice fruits thinly
Fill popsicle molds 1/3 of the way with lemonade
Add sliced fruits
Freeze until set
Eat

These are a great way to get your sweet tooth satisfied while keeping health in mind. Kids love creating and eating them as well. Make it a family project! I make them with lollipop sticks rather than skewers for safety reasons, but you can use mini ice cream sticks as well as disposable skewers.
