Egg-Free “Mayonnaise”

Avocado Mayonnaise

This is a great alternative to mayonnaise. Made with avocados, it has the creamy texture that you desire and the added benefits of the avocado fruit (yes, technically it’s a fruit). It is particularly delicious with turkey breast or chicken breast. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

1. Hass Avocado (1)

2. Olive oil (1/8 cup)

3. Lime juice (1/2 tsp)

4. Cilantro (fresh, 1 tbsp. chopped) *Optional

5. Salt and pepper to taste (you can add Chile powder for a little more spice, or any other spice that you desire)

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill for an hour before serving.
