Back on Track in 2016
Hello, Fitness Enthusiast!
By now, you are done with the holiday eating frenzy that some of you may have gone through. You may have some regrets about what entered your mouth over the past month or two, but there’s hope and there’s a solution: just think before you eat the very next bite of food.
Part of life is forgiveness, and part of life is falling off track sometimes. We can easily forgive other people, but why can’t we forgive ourselves? If we learn to do that in 2016, the rest of our lives will be that much easier.
Don’t bother with New Year’s resolutions. Make a life-time resolution. Forgive yourself for whatever it is you think you have done, or you have done and forge forward. You will live a mentally healthier life, and in turn a physically healthier life.
